PBC Painters paints homes, offices and commercial buildings across Montgomery County, the rest of the Maryland suburbs and Washington, DC. Our work runs from a single bedroom in Silver Spring to phased repaints of occupied office floors in Bethesda.

How we work
Itemized estimates
Every estimate lists the rooms or areas, surfaces, repairs, products and number of coats, so you can compare it line by line with any other bid.
Prep before paint
Cleaning, repairs, caulk and primer are part of the job, not optional extras. Most paint failures we see are prep failures.
Lead-safe practices
On pre-1978 buildings, we follow EPA lead-safe work practices whenever painted surfaces are disturbed.
Compliant, low-odor coatings
We use coatings that meet Maryland’s VOC limits under COMAR 26.11.39, and zero-VOC products where people are living or working.
Clean, protected job sites
Floors and furniture covered, work areas cleaned daily, and rooms returned to use at the end of each day where possible.
